WHAT I WORE TODAY: Show a little skin for that nice weather
In New York City, we’ve been having the nicest spring weather. I’m talking high 70’s and the sun shining, which are two things that are virtually unheard of for the month of March. Ever. We may be at the end of our luck though, with forecasts for rain for the rest of the weekend, so I decided to show a little skin. I’m bringing out the perforated tops!
I know, I know. Shame on me for continuously using my blackberry to showcase my outfits to you guys. The quality is atrocious. I have to purchase a cord for my digital camera, (and my mac is ancient…it accepts no SD cards) so until I do that, which I swear I will this weekend, phone quality it is!
This outfit was inspired by a girl outside of a bar the other day. She was wearing an royal blue ascot against this creamy off white crew neck knitted sweater and looked amazingly chic with it on. I have never thought to wear my scarf like that, and I really liked how it looked. A sense of class was added to my wardrobe that day. I am always walking everywhere, and I draw so much of my inspiration from what I see, and this is a direct product of that. I think it’s great to try out new things with your own personal style. Trying things you’ve never done before is important in life and especially in fashion.
